Adam develops close partnerships with high-growth commercial and nonprofit organizations by tailoring innovative sustainability programs to the individual business situation of each client. With senior management experience, Adam is a natural problem solver and strategic advisor. He provides leadership teams and managers with futuristic insights on how to capture the full business value of sustainability initiatives. Adam holds a M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State. Adam's industry experience spans nonprofit development, manufacturing, print and digital agency services.
Co-Founder & Director
John produces insights and solutions to key organizational challenges. He is a full-cycle resource that combines raw data with empirical intuition and industry insights, resulting in a strategy that is greater than the sum of its parts. From carbon footprint management to green building project development to portfolio-wide energy analytics, John's top focus is creating value. Over his career he has worked with organizations in the financial services, mobile apps, telecom, restaurant, retail, media, and NGO spaces. John is a LEED® Green Associate, earned a B.A. in Economics from Illinois Wesleyan University, and was awarded an Innovation Scholarship from Columbia University while earning a M.S. in Sustainability Management.
Courtney works with companies across sectors to advance sustainability priorities, with expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, and managing investor expectations on sustainability issues. Prior to joining Third Partners, Courtney worked on the Global Sustainable Finance team at Morgan Stanley, where she helped develop and execute the firm's sustainability strategy. In 2017, she was recognized as as a "30 Under 30" sustainability leader by GreenBiz. She also worked as a consultant to Fortune 500 Companies on sustainability communications and corporate responsibility messaging. Courtney has a M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.A. from Gettysburg College.
Jessica is an expert in corporate responsibility and sustainability communications, with a focus on making technical information accessible to non-technical audiences. Jessica has experience as both an independent sustainability consultant and at New York agencies that specialize in sustainability communications. She consults with a variety of industries, including food service, logistics, financial services, and technology. She also worked in-house at a global luxury brand developing its award-winning sustainability reporting and key sustainable sourcing policies, and in sustainable procurement at the US GSA. Jessica is a LEED Green Associate and is Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) certified. She holds a M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.H.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
