Adam is a Principal and co-founder of Third Partners, where he helps organizations leverage ESG and sustainability to drive cultural change and growth. With a background in business development and hands-on corporate management experience, Adam leads ground-up sustainability and ESG planning programs for category-leading companies in various industries. He designs solutions to complex sustainability and business challenges, tailoring stepwise action plans based on a deep understanding of business risks, value drivers, and managerial dynamics. Adam holds a MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a BS in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. Outside of work, Adam enjoys outdoor activities, building things, and contributing to nonprofit organizations.

John Haugen is a Principal & Client Director at Third Partners, specializing in ESG and sustainability consulting for organizations of all sizes. He believes that sustainability is crucial for creating new business value and improving global issues like climate change, pollution, and human rights. John has led client engagements across healthcare, food and beverage, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and retail industries. He enjoys working on complex challenges that involve business value, human behavior, and sustainability performance. John holds an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from Illinois Wesleyan University. His clients appreciate his salient advice, consensus-building skills, and his direct approach to finding the path of least resistance. In his free time, John volunteers in his local community and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, and snow sports. He lives in Edina, Minnesota.

Fran Levy

SENIOR SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST

Fran is a Sustainability Analyst at Third Partners, helping clients find tangible solutions to abstract problems through research and analysis. She believes industry leaders have the power to tackle major global issues with the proper tools and guidance. Fran has led the development of Working Groups that seek to solve clients’ environmental, social, and governance issues. Clients praise her ability to generate manageable solutions to complex issues that satisfy various stakeholder interests. Fran also incorporates sustainability within our forests and cities as a Fellow for the New Jersey Chapter of The Nature Conservancy and with her Measuring Sustainable Development certification. Fran graduated with a MS in Sustainability Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and has a BS in General Chemistry from Stockton University. She resides in Northern New Jersey and enjoys film, music, hiking, and video games in her free time.

Jesse has led and supported client engagements in tech, retail, agriculture, and manufacturing. His clients recognize him for his subject matter expertise and project management, writing, and research skills, in addition to his personable approach. Jesse holds a BA in Sustainable Development from Columbia University, where he graduated magna cum laude with departmental honors. He lives in New York City, and enjoys playing drums and baking bread in his spare time.

Emily holds an MS in Sustainability and Development and a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan. She lives in Southwest Michigan and enjoys hiking, running, and reading in her free time.
